So earlier today I've received an email from a Mandy
Brayn telling me that she has reviewed my application
within the ride operations department and she wanted to
schedule me for a phone screen interview. Which I have
next week. I am so excited and very confident about this
interview! But I have a few questions..
1. Do people usually get hired asap during phone interviews?
Or will I have to go through another interview? (Skype,Local Interviews)
2. What kind of questions will she ask?
3. When do people usually start working/training?
4. What happens after they tell you that you're hired?

Back when it was my first year if they were going to hire you it was during the Phone interview. But since then they have changed it. You first have a phone interview and then a Skype or In Person (depending on how far you are away from the park.)
They will ask pretty generic questions.
Some people start before the park opens. Some people start within that first month. Some people even come in June. It all just depends on when you are available to start.
After you are hired your JobNet will change to pending. And soon your placement will be there along with your offer. This can take a couple hours or even the next day. There is where you will submit your background check, accept or deny your offer, print your HR paperwork (when you need it), and any information you need to know about Housing or your division.
