Phone interview for sweeps?

So I wanted to be a ride host but I guess they had a lot of people applying so i got an email asking me if I'd like to be a sweep since hats my second option. I said yes of course! So does anyone know what to expect for the phone interview or skype if you've been a sweep? I'm nervous because I've only been interview one time for a job and it was super easy but idk about this!

Its easy If you are a new hire if you are like me a rehire who did not complete his contract its real hard. But for you it will be a breeze they will just ask you things about yourself and if you can stand for long periods of time also if you can lift up the 50lbs with no help if yes you are hired lol
