she told me she will call me back after she looks at my record for when i worked there in 2000 at sandcastle.
An interview over the phone? That would be wierd. But, I guess if you live far away that is the only way.

I've heard that's how CP does all of their interviews. Can't say for sure (too young to work) but that's what I've read.
Yes CP does conduct their interviews all over the phone although they do recruiting at universities throughout the state. *** Edited 1/22/2005 12:28:43 AM UTC by CedarPointForce***

All of my interviews have been in person.(well actually just all two of them) I find them to be very helpful in choosing a job and getting hired.

But not CP jobs. Can you imagine having thousands of people come in for interviews. I mean that would cost CP quite a bit to interview everyone.
The phone interveiws are really easy. They asked me the same questions from the online application. it took like 10mins.

They had walk-in interviews in early January at Breakers Express and it said that a personal interview as opposed to a phone interview would enhance the chance of employment.

My interview was just like any other I've gone to. The only difference was you didn't have to make a good visual impression at all. Because of that, though, they probably look at how you talk even more than if it was in person. The questions are al pretty straight forward and easy. There was only one that caught me by surprise, but I still think I answered it pretty well. I know I answered well enough to get hired. :)
