What's it like working the Wicked Twister? According to Points placement there's only 5 crew members including me.
Twister is one of the rush, rush, rush, rush to wait type rides. Don't get me wrong, it's absolutely fun to work, but there is a lot of standing around involved. You'll have five other people working on platform with you at any given time.
Twister is my favorite ride to work ever. Launching trains is amazing after you get your timing down right. There is a 2 second delay from when you press dispatch, to when the train actually dispatches. EX: "Clear. Launching in 3, *press button* 2, 1 *train dispatches* (or depending on how fast you countdown)
You have 60 seconds to unload, load, and dispatch the train. All 4 platform positions are responsible for checking 8 seats (16 rows/2 across = 32 seats). Like MillenniumSpork mentioned, it basically is rush, rush, rush just to wait, but time flies when you're working. Morning test rides were of course my favorite too.
Although it is really fun to work, it is one of the easiest rides to get an operational on. If you have long arms, it's easy to accidentally break the light curtains. Wicked is also one of the most restricting rides when it comes to restraints, so be prepared to have to tell larger guests they can't ride.
I can't express how lucky you are that you got contracted to WT. A lot of people will give anything to work it for the summer.
It's easily one of the funnest rides to work. It's also one of the few rides you don't have to bend over to check restraints on which is a nice bonus.

Aww Twister is my favorite ride to work :) The days go by fast, and you have a pretty great leadership team!
TwistedWicker pretty much nailed it on what its like to work it though lol.
Just have fun with it! And 5 people is actually all you techincally need to run twister. 8, is preferred though.
