Parking re-entry

So I know when you stay at the CP resort hotels you can come and go as you please through the parking lot (leave for lunch and come back). Can you do the same thing on a regular parking pass (save your receipt and re-enter) or do they make you re-pay to park again?

You can exit and return once. If you want to leave and return a second time, you have to pay for parking again.

Hmm, do customers of Breakers Express and other off-site properties enjoy unlimited parking re-entry as well?

Yes.

If by "other offsite properties" you mean Castaway Bay. There are only the two offsite which would get you unlimited parking entries.
