Parking Price Increase

I'll make some new friends that live on the chausee, park my car at their house and walk to the park. :)

I think they are upping the price for 2 reasons. 1 of course to pocket a little bit more money and 2, i think they are going to use some of that profit for an attraction in '06 or even '07. I mean it seems like it can be scripted in stone that no big coaster is coming in '05 but we all know its obviouse Dick Kinzel is going to go out big before his retirement in '07. So I'm predicting this is money for an '06 addition and then in '07 he's gonna sit back and chill for his last year and look back on what he has accomplished. Any opinions??

I want to ride a rollercaster NAKED!!

Oh one more thing i forgot to clarify. I am still very pleased with the amount of parkign even going up a dollar. With coasters costign 25 million im not going to complain about the parking no matter how much they are profiting. Now 20 dollars may be a little steep but as the minimum wage and cost of living goes up im not going to complain about a dollar raise in parking. If you go to cedarpoint more that 3 times its worth getting the parking pass for 35 dollars or so. If you dont go that many times than you would have only spent 18 dollars in a years time to go to the park and park...lol. Ok well i spoke my peace, some may agree others may be mad, oh well.

I pay enough to enter the park, let alone to park my car.

They should open up a walk-way/bike path that you can take to go to CP. I think that'd be a nice addition. IDK how many people would actually use it though, but it'd be nice. I know I might use it and just park somewhere else.

Smoking Marijuana isn't a bad thing or even a good one, like everything else, its what you make of it.

Certain restaurants still comp your parking if you eat there. Famous Daves, Bay Harbor. Go get a sandwich.

I think they should raise ticket prices to cover the parking lot fee. When you look on line at the gate admission you never look at how much it will cost you to park there. So if you plan a vacation for a family of 5 for 4 days you will be surprised when you have to put out another $36 for parking.

Not really, If you're staying for 4 days at a hotel on the mainland, all of them offer shuttles to and from CP, so it's your choice to drive your car and pay the $9 every day of your vacation.

just had to add my two cents.
