Parking!

Hey guys, my trip to Cedar Point is finally about only two weeks away! So excited! :p
Let's just get right into the question.
I'll be staying at Hotel Breakers. So, do I have to pay to park? How does this all go down? Is there a "special" parking lot for people staying at the hotels?

You will pay then get your money back when you check in. Go through the far left gate and stay left and take the perimeter road around the park.You will come to a booth and the attendant will ask your name and tell you where to go[ straight ahead]. There is parking at the Hotel.Be sure to get there before 9:00 for early entry.

Don't park under a light in the parking lot because your car will look like a million liquid paper bottles exploded all over it! ;)

This is probably a stupid question, but I'll still be fine even if I leave during the day to go get dinner in the city at a restaurant I read about, right?

Yes, they give you a parking permit to put on your dashboard, just come to a stop at the booth when going back to the hotel so they can see it and they will wave you through.

I hope the staff at Cedar Point is like this, haha. Or even more, the people... I really hope people don't give my family crap about our Fast Lane bracelets. (This is a once in a lifetime trip for me so I kinda need the Fast Lane)
