I find it interesting that they're painting the rails, but then again now I might ride Raptor in the rain without worrying about being covered in rusty water :)

Yes they do... there are a few places in Toledo where you can get it.
Leo's Book and Wine shop on Superior in downtown used to stock 50 different daily papers. I think they have moved because of the renovation of that block.
But there ARE a few places, try Thackery's at Westgate at the corner of Secor and Central.

Now I can see why they are only doing one coaster at a time. Painting it with a regular roller must take forever.
I would try to go to a place in Toledo, but Im only 15 and Icant drive yet...I Know I know ...Laugh all you want ;)
The only part on the restraints that had some wear that I could see is on the top inside where maybe a smaller persons head has banged on it I don't know because I noticed it in my on-ride photo I have. Some of the yellow is worn off--anyone know?

I imagine it would appear to be a darker green....after all, the sun has a tendency to fade paint after time.
The rails are a somewhat darker green, I'm guessing the same as the supports, where as the base of the track is a lighter green, just as it always was.

The lift and drop appear to be the only things left to be painted. I didn't have time to put those on a regular page or even make them very big, but if anybody is interested I'll put them up larger and better quality.

Anyway word around the camp fire is that it cost in the ball park of $250,000 to paint the big bird of prey.
