Out of State Interview Process

Hi,
I currently live in Texas and I was wondering if anyone could tell me how the out of state interview process works for ride operators. I do know that you have to be at least 18 for out of state, so I still have a couple years, but it wouldn't hurt to get a head start.

Search through employee lounge, same as this topic, there are TONS of threads that match up exactly this. Also theres not really too much of a head start, you apply, interview, and possibly get selected. Just relax and wait :P

The short answer is you either do it by phone or by Skype.

And then one day you find ten years have got behind you

Its a phone interview and a skype interview.

If your a few hours away from the park you will have a phone screening followed by a Skype interview. I was hired just as my Skype interview ended, but it varies by person.
