That is so ridiculous. I hope it wasn't someone from this forum just looking to get a unique "souvenir". Even more idiotic would be if they show up on eBay...

TTD120mph I would have to say that TTD ran for $#!^. It was down for a couple 1 - 2 hour spans. I waited in line at park close for 2 hours and i was at the bottom of the ramp when i walked into line after they reopened it after a previous lengthy down time. But all in all i did get to ride on the 1st to last train of the night ( the last train was two teenagers and some employees).

I never noticed it down for more than 30 minutes. I mean I'm not going to say that it ran magnificantly, but it did good for its first day. Then again I did get the first train of the season (red), which WAS a rollback......so I'm happy.:) Not only that but I got the last train on Millennium (red again). It was cool to see the entire park empty.
And speaking of last rides, I was there watching the last few trains launching on Dragster....you might have seen me. Me and my friends were cheering the last trains going out.

Oh and Coaster Krazy, do you mean you got in line or in the queue at 9:00 because it didnt open till 10:30ish.

Dragster, Millennium, Magnum, Gemini, and Meanstreak were the only coasters that I got on, and none of them had recordings, apparently i was wrong to say that ALL of them lost their recordings, but i figured if 5 of them did the rest would've followed.

There was no "baby im ready to go!" in dragsters station, and no cool techno song in millenniums station.

*Edit* I forgot to put that while I was in the station for Dragster, they actually went down for 10-15 minutes due to "the microphone not working" :/

Skyhawk does not have a recording, the ride-ops say it.

Please tell me that they got rid of "breakfast at tiffany's" and all the god awful songs from Mantis??

This was referring to spiels and music in the station. Not the queue music...

And hey, Breakfast at Tiffanys is a classic! ;)

I am curious to know who is spieling on MF. Is it the person in controls, or the person in one of the front load positions?

TTD was down more then just short periods of time. Some people waited hours on the loading station. Everytime I looked at it, I never saw any action and the thought of me getting in line never occured to me knowing what would happen. I'm not bashing it, I'm just telling it like it was.

As I said earlier, the spiels are still here, just rerecorded with new animated kids voices. And just because one wasn't working opening day doesn't mean there not going to have it, as yall said MF wasn't ready yet.

Yea I know, I was hopeful that since they were re-doing/nixing some audio stuff that they'd get rid of that or atleast update it

I'm a serious fan of TTD, but was extreemly disapointed in it's performance yesterday. after an hour and a half I made it to the ride platform. Then while waiting for the front car, There was a break down when we were about 16 people from riding, another when we were about 8 from riding, another at 4 and yet another at 2. Plus just after loading, the train in front of us had a roll back and 2 girls wanted to get off the train before the relaunch. (can't belive I missed my first rollback by one train.) My friend and I spent an hour and a half at the loading station. With the movement of the line and frequency of the launches, I can only guess that there were 2 or more times that it went down before we reached the station platform.

Again, I'm a big fan of TTD, but I have never seen it run like this before and was very disapointed. Luckily we were in a position such that we were able to watch the whole fireworks show from the ride platform. It ended just before we finally got on for our ride.

Both WT and MF had the person in controls spieling.

I got in around 9:10ish to be exact, as soon as I saw the tower lights go on from the end of the Sky Ride station, me and my friend went right to the ride. It launched a few more, but then it stopped for quite a bit. The line kept shrinking and shrinking until only the station was pretty much filled, everything else was empty.

I think it was the Green Train that also rolled back that night, I so wish I was on that train, would have made my entire year. :)
