Opening Day Philly Burger style

Opening Day 2003, Met up with Matt, Tony, Jo, USCIGEP, Lauren, Dodgem Dave and the fun broke loose. Rode Raptor with Etrain, and others at the meeting which was fun then we went our ways.....and the fun broke loose.

I'll knock the rides out first, Raptor was running super, no block brakes so we flew through there, and kicked butt on the second half. Same with Mantis no drop brakes so that ride was kicking. MF was super, Magnum and Gemini were fine. TTD 3 trains same intervals a little better then media day. Calculating it we found it was moving around 300PPH. Ride times between 4-7 hours. CP will work the kinks out, it will just take some time. Found Dan taping for Japan media, and others.

Onto the fun, Tony decides to get this Philly steakburger (I think that's what it was)....Anyway after eating that and a ride on Bluestreak, he's heading too the bathroom, which would be the Magnum bathrooms. I think dave walks in and checks on him (after about 10 minutes) "YEP THOSE SIZE 12 SILVER SHOES ARE STILL THERE!!!" he says as he walks out. That was funny the look on Tony's face, that burger was worse then TTD.

Saw MR. Skyward (John), but he was too shy too ride MF with Raptor Jo, so he just stood at the MF entrance and looked up.

Jo and others spent around 180 bucks in the speedzone shop, saying I am never buying anything else at CP again....for some reason I recall hearing that last year, and the year before and the year befo....oh nevermind.

And that is all I am commenting on, a few other things happened but I'll just let those fly. Or perhaps someone else will add those in...Cough. I'd say it appears the PIC's hit once again.

Well? What else would have been expected of him?

Was he wearing a Raptor sweatshirt?

You forgot to mention that the calculation part was done by an actual computer program on Howard's palmpod!
Then how later we asked him to use that same program to calculate how many pph McDonalds was moving. He said 5!! :)

I believe Dave said Tony had like size 20 shoes. OMG Tony is going to DIE when he reads that stuff Matt!!! :)

I think to state the PICs have hit once more would be an understatement. What a blast! :)

Required CP equipment: KLEENEX ;)

It's all about getting around the barrels, or over the fences, right leads, no faults, fastest time and looking pretty when done. What's so hard about that? :)

LOL!!!!!!!!!! And I was trying to keep it simple and somewhat nice, in the report.

One more thing Dodgem Dave is great to hang out with, and Tony and Matt seem to have found Mr. Skywards twin brother. I wasn't there but from what I hear same appearance everything.

And Kleenex for required equipment: HA, there's an inside story there.

Yeah and at Mcdonalds we were finding out they move 5PPH with Howards program, that was fun too!!!

The only thing that I have to say is that I will no longer make A trip to the bathroom if you guys are around! Maybe I just won't eat A Philly Cheese Stake!

By the way Matt, what was hanging out of the nose?

MF Circuts=318
TTD Rides=5
Launch that sucker...Yeah!

What was hanging from my nose????
A small piece of napkin, which relates to another OD story we haven't even discussed yet......HA :)

My gosh you guys I'm still laughing about yesterday. What a blast!!! Everytime we get together the craziness begins. What a day. You forgot to mention all of Hooper and Dave's impersonations which were great and the most important of all Tony's hat.;) I have a feeling this trip will be hard to top but trust me I know we will.

Jo, pass me the kleenex;)
