SIMPLY AMAZING!!!! Is the way to best put it! Waiting in line at the Soak City entrance to the park, for an hour was definately worth it! The launch is amazing, the twist-up is amazing, and everything else is too! Well... everything but capacity and average launch times. But it's opening day, can't expect much more. Millennium Force ran great, and with about an hour and 1/2 wait total for the front car, thats not too shabby. Raptor was one of the smoothest rides I ever had on it, and maggie as always provided a great rush, and view of the lake. Overall the park was slighty crowded compared to previous past years, this was evident on Maggie with close to a 30 minute wait most of the day. Other things were the line on Mean Streak (didn't ride, but about 40 minutes), and a little bit of bad service at a couple of food stands. Overall the new paint jobs look great except for the unfinished one of Mantis, and the overall readiness seemed a little lower than in previous years. I will give another week, and then we'll see what happens. Hopefully they can get the braking fixed on TTD, and get all 5 (isn't there supposed to be 6?) trains going on it. I'll give it a 6/10 for today, but i'm sure it will be a little higher next weekend, with America Rocks starting and some other improvements.
