Yeah, its weird. Almost as if they have jobs or something.

Brandon

Not quite 2 weeks.... 12 days. but they have left us hanging longer than this before.

08: Wildcat & Millennium; 09: ATL maXair; 10: TL Blue Streak; 11: TL Kiddy Kingdom; 12: TL Corkscrew; 13: Gatekeeper and Beach Band
2014: Marketing and Beach Band
Hallowekends 2014: Band of Buccaneers and Barking for CarnEVIL

You don't really want to know where they have gone. It was Valentine's day last weekend. But seriously, when there is nothing to say, there is nothing to say.

I was getting used to pretty much weekly updates. Kind of going thru withdrawl here! :)

There are a few reasons why you haven't seen anything:

1. I was on vacation all last week/Tyler was out for a few days.
2. We had a Presidents Day holiday yesterday.
3. I'm out with the flu today.

Your regularly-scheduled programming will resume soon.

Hope you get better soon Tony.

Tony,

What is this “Vacation” you speak of? Is that a foreign word or something? I’m just not comprehending…lol

Seriously, hope you feel better soon!

Jason

Why do they call it common sense, when it's so infrequently used?

Well its at least the Flu and not the Noravirus. What a way to spend the day off, did you break a mirror or walk under a ladder Tony?

Shoot the rapids, tame and dry. Thunder Canyon, wet and laughter. Snake River Falls, soaked and smiling. White Water Landing and the old shoot the rapids, Fun and missed.

Get well soon Tony, the flu is going around up here in Mid-Michigan as well. Be prepared to want to sleep for a few days afterwards, it sure wiped me out!

I bet the man takes full advantage of his vacation time during the off season. Seems like it would be a little easier to get away and relax before and season rolls around and the poo hits the rotating oscillator!

I would imagine working for CP and trying to sell your line of amusement parks to the public, you need to check out the competition....

Plus Six Flags is weakened financially and CP has a number of moves they can make right now.

Six Flags is actually one of the top 20 largest companies that could very likely go belly up in 2009.

CP could acquire some parks or rides from Six Flags / Hard Rock Park and put them to good use in the Cedar Fair family.

Two quick points, HRP has been bought, though specifics of reopening the park are to be worked out throughout the week. The other, is that I see SIX and FUN as equally burdened companies (debt is roughly equal, if I recall, also check CoasterBuzz to read about the poker move by Kinzel).

Anyways, I'm hoping to keep up a flu (and generally illness) free winter. Sorry to hear your health took a bit of a dive, Tony. Get well soon and keep us updated on how you like the new office building (aka new for 09)! ;)

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.

What imaginary RCT world do some of you live in?

Not to derail the thread (though it seems to have already happened), but if you're meaning my post, the thing about the debt was not to be read as a complete statement of how I view each company's health. I'm very much aware of differences, but I also have to disagree heavily with the one doom and gloom article I saw (and the one factory81 is probably referencing) that mentions SIX going belly up. But that is neither here nor there as it has nothing to do with Tony's health.

EDIT: That article would be a Yahoo! Finance article, just one more reason to doubt it.

Gee Tony, if only you had posted my question in the blog, you would have saved a PB thread! ;)

Hope you feel better Tony

You realize part of their job is writing that blog, its not like they do that in their spare time.
