Oceana gone yet?

First off, I don't actually know, so don't think I'm baiting anyone here. With the beach cam down and the fact that by now we all know the former aquatic attractions are nearing the end of their lives, anyone wanna take a guess on whether any of it will be razed when we show up tomorrow?

If not it will be down real soon........I will miss those dolphin shows that use to be there........but looking forward to the new ride(s)!!!

Several of the dolphins passed away and the last was shipped down to Florida somewhere. That is why it has been a diving show the past couple of years.

There have been portable construction lights next to Schwabinchen for the past two weekends.

And the last dolphin died this year, I believe. Tim and Lois would know better (Lois, aka "Oceana Forever," worked there its debut year).

I noticed the beach cam was down on on Monday. Let's just say I wouldn't bet AGAINST Oceana being razed by now. Ever notice how time drags when you are waiting for something?

Okay, I know the dolphins answer. Striker, Cocoa, Misty and Breeze. Why I know that I have no idea. I guess my love for the park goes pretty deep. Sea lions you've got me there? The last question stumps me a bit, but I'll guess and say the Funhouse?

Jumbo Jet was next to the Space Spiral. The Earthquake ride was in the building currently occupied by Snoopy Boutique.

I don't know the aquatic animals' names, but the original Wildcat was built there. It was sold to Valley Fair, and they might have gotten ride of it...not sure.

I say Oceana is still there, but the wrecking ball will be there first thing Monday morning (October 29th that is ). Would not be surprised to hear an announcement that day as well.
