Length of contract is a biggie -- the longer you can work there, the better off you'll be. They don't like to hire someone that will only be there for 5 weeks. If you can work in May, September, or October that's really a plus, but not completely necessary. Plus, what jobs you will accept is a factor. If the only thing you want is to run a ride, and you say that you won't accept other positions, that's not so great. The more flexible you can be, the better. And apply early, for sure! ;)
