CP should create an indoor amusment park with an indoor coaster and other rides. My 2 cents! Year round CP fun! What do you think?

They did that with Mall of America. Or at least they managed the park, but I don't remember if CF chose not to renew the contract, or if the Mall did.

I thought I read the mall decided they wanted to run the park themselves. Probably just getting greedy.

my goodness this expansion is awesome! a new flowrider, a huge wave pool, a new giant spa, one of those toilet bowl lookin slides, 4 body slides, another basketball pool, another tree house with a bucket, a new restaurant and bar! They threw in everything!

Thank god they are adding a see through roof though. That's the one thing castaway had on Kalahari is that it's brighter in castaway.

They are actually going to build TWO toilet bowl slides! If you look carefully (click the third pic from the left), they are practically next to each other; one is going to be Behemoth Bowl and the other the Pro Bowl!

Is that a surprise?

Would this be in response to the water park going in almost literally right across the street?

Coyote Falls or something like that I think is what it is..

Not for Kalahari, but for any other indoor waterpark yes.

Keep it seasonal. I personally enjoy it more when that time of year comes and CP opens another great season. It gives you more to look forward to and appreciate the park more. While I could go without rain and wind (when it gets to strong), I do enjoy my share of sunlight and fresh air. Winter sucks and it just gives you an excuse to travel elsewhere (California and Florida have a lot to offer) for your thrill craving. You can also realize why you like CP so much too.

Craig: I agree with you, I do enjoy the spring and the excitement of when CP opens, but winter sucks and I miss the fun during the off season. However, I wonder if those that live near year round parks would rather keep it seasonal as we must? I would enjoy even an indoor coaster ride, though this past winter has been nicer than most days I visited CP in October, so perhaps climate change will extend the season a bit :) . Only 4 months from tomorrow, ugh!
