NEWS FLASH!!!! Track and supports sighted

Hey look at this! These two pieces of track are not at all bolted together! http://mywebpages.comcast.net/setecx/PICT0073.JPG Dont let those "bolts" fool you, they are fake primative earth bolts to throw us off! Anyway, had to put that up, for those who care lots more will be up tomorrow, way too tired to mess with it now.

That pic is OBVIOUSLY a photo shop fake. You can clearly see the second piece of white track in the background. There are NO red and white track pieces joined together. LOL!!

Isn't it possible that the land bridges are temporary for construction purposes, not to throw us of or to confuse us, but to make moving about the construction site possible?

It would make it alot easier to go from area 51 to the boneyard.

Has there been any land clearing on the island yet or just construction worker sightings over there.

They don't do things THAT major to "throw us off." Playing with the webcam is one thing, but having construction equipment moved across the park or biulding land bridges just for us is kinda extreme. Most construction companies really push their employees to get the work done quickly. I do know that Cedar Point execs. are having a lot of fun reading this though... it makes them happy to see this much anticipation for a ride. It means more money for them next season.

What do you mean obvious! This does NOT look like a faked pic. Sure look bolted together too me! If it is fake, great job getting all of the shading, colors and blending perfect!!! And don't even say that the painted track markings on the side of the tracks don't line up...those lines are for hiding wear...they don't have to line up.

What's the problem with two track colors put together? Big deal!

They have their share of old sticks in the mud too.

Remeber those are not only land bridges but first and foremost they are dams. They need to empty the lagoon so they can get footers poured in there.

I can also confirm by going to CP yesterday that red/white track are connected together laying on the ground in front of the yellow tower. When someone sees the elements/track footers sprouting up on the island, let me know; I'll be waiting. Alot of people assumed that because there was construction equipment on the island that things would be built here. I said 9/15 that there wouldn't be. This new rides overall structure will only be L shaped, not have the crazy track layout like Xcelerator. Launch to the tower and coaster traveling back down to the station, that's it. Brakes will be at the end. Believe what you want.

This is simply amazing!!! 2 Intamin Coasters in 2 years...and 400ft+ that is just awesome.

Gemini, that pile of dirt in the picture is not on the island at all. It's across from it and part of the area that they just filled in. I can verify this by going to CP yesterday afternoon and seeing it. I live about 50 minutes away. Trust me, when all is said and done there will be no construction with new footers on the island. Quote me on this.

I don't think people will ever forget...just how wrong you are. There is a huge pile of dirt BEHIND the scenery for PWE. Look closer at the picture.

Like I said in another thread--it would be impossible to work AT ALL on the island, unless you wanted to shut down MF for the rest of the season. its almost impossible to get in, do work, and clear the site before the weekend hits...as evidenced by the mess that is Area 51. there is no construction as of yet because they can't do it yet...oh wait, they built those land bridges for the fun of it.
