News: CP to be featured on Travel Channel

Saw this over at CB. Looking forward to this, as the excitement is really starting to build - only a little over a month until the season starts again!

This show will also run Friday at 11:00 PM and Sunday at 1:00 PM.

I just hope there will be recent footage like as of last summer.

Well, there was filming that went on at the park last year. I don't know if it was for this, but for a show called best of 2006 (a season that hasn't even started for most parks) I certainly hope it would be recent footage as well.

OH MY GOD!!!! I'm gonna miss all three shows. This sucks BIG time! booo hoooo, booooo hooooo...

Do you think that maybe we'll be able to buy it?

Yes it is (Actually, mine is MOXI through Charter, but still worth it). I think I've managed to snag everything thats been on this week, including a couple on Disney. I've got it set for tonights show. And I just finally convinced the wife to get it last week, so apparently I got it just in time.

I just wish WOW! offered more than 6 channels of HD programming. I could really get into a special on CP in HD.

I know I will be switching between this and the Villanova/Boston College game.

^ Me too. I love March Madness, but amusement park shows are just a little bit more important to me. I'm DVRing the amusement park show anyways.

Stupid basic cable. I only have the Discovery Channel, no Travel Channel.

Wait is it on Discovery too? Because my parents have a HD plasma in their rooms. The picture is really nice. So is it on Discovery Channel also at 8?

unfortunatley no. Travel chanel and Discovery may be part of the same head company but they are Ultimately the two seperate channels.

Well that was my four seconds of fame!

Shoot....I guess I missed the 8 one. I'll have to catch it at 11.
