Keep in mind that Starbucks coffee served isn't the same as Starbucks. They're just brewing the beans. We had Starbucks brewing machines in the kitchens at Microsoft, but we didn't have a Starbucks in the kitchen.

If Starbucks were overpriced, they wouldn't be putting up such impressive financial results, year after year.
Well, if you ask me, Coach, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton, are over priced for what they sell too, but look at how impressive their financial results are as well. People still buy what others think is overpriced.
And for all the hate Starbucks gets, they serve reliably-good coffee from reliably-friendly staff, and do so at a fairly impressive pace (at least in my experience)
The keywords here are in the parentheses. From my perspective, I can get better coffee from a Keurig at a fraction of the cost for each k-cup I make and not have to worry about the "Barista" making it wrong. I'll be my own Barista and enjoy my own coffee.
Donut Time's location is of decent size. In my opinion, I doubt they will replace it with just an all coffee shop only selling Starbucks goods.
EDIT: Well said Tennessee CP Fan
My point was that from an objective standpoint, they're not overpriced. And comparing them to Gucci, etc., isn't necessarily appropriate, considering sales volume.
I rarely buy Starbucks coffee, because it's far too expensive to drink on a daily basis. Same for Keurig and the other "pod" type brewers.
Quality coffee beans, ground daily and brewed in a standard drip maker is plenty delicious for my day-to-day caffeine addiction.
But when I'm at an amusement park or some other special occasion, I'd love to have the option of a delicious double peppermint mocha.

The reliably-friendly staff is even more impressive if you realize just how many of them have had piping hot coffee thrown in their face because they didn't make the drink absolutely perfect.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
Note that WDW is adding Starbucks to Magic Kingdom and Epcot this year. From what I understand, the operation will be Starbucks with a Disney overlay (costumes) and Disney baked goods.
Universal Studios Orlando has had a Starbucks for some time now. It is a little more in cost than you would find outside the park, but not enough to make it a deal breaker. Tastes as good as you get at any Starbucks.
If CP were to add it to Donut Time and keep the current goodies operation, it would be following along with others in the amusement industry. Whether that is good or bad is up to the each one's opinion.
According to a Cedar Point Customer Service Manager's January 2013 phone call. Cedar Point wants to replace Donut Time with Starbucks. She would not specify on what services and products that Starbucks would offer other then they will have Free Wifi Internet and will be open Summer 2013.
