New Sandusky Transit Partnership

Sandusky Transit and Cedar Point just announced a partnership that will give associates free transit with ID starting January 1, 2019. This appears to eliminate CP provided associate shuttle service outside of those running from the dorms to the Point and other work locations.

Based on the article, yes. The intent it appears is to eliminate duplicate services. CP shuttles will still bus employees from housing to the park. However, all the transportation to various places around Sandusky will now be handled by STS. Seems like a smart decision.
