Coco, Guest Services opens at 8:45AM. This early in the season SPP may open early but it is best to call the park and ask them.

Thanks! It did open at 8:45 on Saturday, and my sister had processed my niece's pass and they were back to SV by 9:10. We used parent swap and it worked out perfectly!
