Raptor, rules the sky!

We were never held up at the station because of somebody's size. One op did complain about the size of my fanny pack but was overruled by another one. Never had that happen. I feel bad for people who are turned away after being able to ride in the past. I agree with some previous posts that if you think you may not fit you need to try the seat for yourself before getting in the queue.
I have a few tricks that might help:
-Pull the belt smoothly. If you yank it, you may not force as much out. Pull hard, but slowly.
-(This one's gonna be controversial) Go commando (if you can). I've personally tested this with a measuring tape, and from hip to hip, my boxers added 1 inch. 1 inch! That's what you need, and being, um, "less-clothed" might give it to you.
-Wear thin clothing. Reasons stated above.
-Sit up. If you slouch, you'll add length.
Take my advice (if you dare!).

I was an ACE member for one year, and while I enjoyed the newsletters and magazines (which I always got very late), I found the membership to be of little value (good thing it was fairly cheap). The only time I used it was at CoasterMania 2002 and the riding opportunities were fairly limited. Guess I was spoiled by Millennium Mania of the previous year.
One thing I recall from my ACE membership was the bylaws, which, if I recall correctly, essentially state that members are NEVER to bad mouth a ride or park to the media. Members SHALL remain "enthusiastic." I always suspected this bylaw was part of ACE's efforts to remain cozy with the various parks. That actually makes sense.
But Ms. Sanderson is so ridiculously full of excrement. Roller coaster enthusiasts, whether they are members of ACE or not, don't go to Cedar Point to watch shows, ride antique cars, hop around in the Snoopy Bounce or ride the Junior Gemini (OK, I know the latter two or small-size restricted, and the Snoopy Bounce does look like fun).
But I digress.
And while some of the other coasters range from a little bit boring to excellent -- Disaster RipSnort, Cork Screw, Wildcat, Mine Ride, Wildcat, and Gemini, for example -- the hardcore among us want the big ones: MF and TTD.
And being a true advocate for ALL coaster lovers, Ms. Sanderson is saying screw those of us who fit in the past but don't now or are too embarrassed to try.
Fine. I hope she unknowingly goes on a nothing-but-carb diet and turns into StayPuff the Marshmallow (Wo)man. And guess who will have no sympathy for her. Yes, she too will be SOL.
OK, it's just a little nasty, wishful thinking.
Please forgive me.

I also feel CP is extremely negligible for not explaining this AT THE BEGINNING of the ride! A simple sign explaining the new policy would be extremity helpful considering that the test chairs belts are identical to the actual rides
Stockholders
If people get upset about this policy, stop coming to the parks, stop buying season passes, stop spending money, and causes CF's profits to go down then it is a MAJOR concern for stockholders.
If you are a stockholder, I suggest a letter to the company.
