New PointCast?

I know how busy Tony and Tyler are but they said that they would have a new PointCast up more then a week ago. And now with the new blog entry still no PointCast. They must have been doing alot of editing.

Or they have real, actual jobs and the blog and point cast are above and beyond those real jobs, and so therefore happen when there is time, and they've been really busy getting other stuff ready for the 2007 season.

I'm pretty sure they're freedom-hating terrorists.

No, that's me. Remember?

There must be some government agency we can file a complaint with.

Well, if we do file a complaint with that agency Walt, we need to prepare ourselves for a long wait in a long line, since it'll be like every other federally funded agency...

i.e. DMV

That was, well, anti-climactic.

Honestly, I thought they did a great job given what they had to work with. Wiring and pull-throughs are important, but not that compelling.

May 12th can't come quick enough. My prediction is that this will be the most intense ride in the park.

Tom

That was more annoying than anything.

Wow....just, wow.

It took them over a week to edit THAT? What did they do, edit 7/8 of it completely out?

Ride on, MrScott!

How about for the next one, nobody plan to watch it.

That way, there won't be any whining about when it's going to be done, followed by people complaining how crappy it was.

For those in need, here you go.

It's nice to see T&T loving their job so much. They good a sense of humor and make the videos fun.

The PointCast isn't meant to show every freakin' detail, its to give an overview for those who are interested (Not just PointBuzz members).

I thought it was pretty good seeing what they had to work with. Sure, WE would be interested in a three-hour long show detailing every single aspect of the pull-through. But, most people would think it was lame. So, I think what they did was a nice middle of the road solution to pleasing everyone.

Remember, we used to ONLY get the brochures with an artists rendering of the new ride until we got to the park to see it. I remember being so freakin' excited when that brochure came in the mail. So, everyone should be happy we get so much information about the construction of Maverick. Come to think of it, what other amusement park gives out this much information on their construction projects? Oh, that's right, NONE!

What a bunch of whiny little enthusiasses. What the hell were you expecting? Fireworks and a light show? They showed you exactly what's going on, and guess what... it's not that exciting.

I guess I expected more video of the pull-through (especially after all that). A quick 30 second explanation of the pull-through worked for the context of the video, but it would have been nice for like a 1 days sped up video of the workers doing the pull-through.

I thought it was just fine. Aside from the pull through, I wanted to see what the station looked like.....which they did show in the video. While I wish it was longer, Tony pretty much said it all. I dont think it's a big deal.
And wasn't that 1 1/2 foot roll of the train just amazing!!!111;)

Totally agree!

What I meant was that I was annoyed with how they were talking. I certainly wasn't expecting anything amazing.
