Is it just me or dose it look like ther is no seatbelts?

Last ride of the day=Best ride of the day.
Dude there are seat belts, whether or not they are installed on the trains right now or not i donno. But there ARE going to be seat belts on this ride. Its common sense because this ride has to be made safe. They arent going to launch you at insane speeds and over 400 feet in the air without a frickin seat belt on! hehe lol..
I think it would be fun to ride TTD without a seatbelt, i mean, i could freefal 420 feet! That's the most fun you could ever have! And the landings the best part!

I'm not totally for sure what you mean. But yes they will unload with the roof over it. And they will unload the trains on the turn right before the load station

From the new pictures on the Cedar Point site (dated today), it seems the turn-around part to the side of the station is being called the "unload" area. Check it out, in the photo gallery.

Ok???...And thats supposed to be something new?

Big D, I hate to become your enemy, but it seems like every post of yours is negative and is an attack on another member. Why do you feel the need to do this? I just wanted to get that off my chest.

Being uninvolved. . . I will say what I think. I am sure Big D, just like a whole bunch of other people (myself included), is just fed up with people who, for a variety of reasons, post things that are already known, or have already been discussed incessantly. No being a jerk about it. It just gets old after a while.

If quizzes are quizzical, what are tests?

I have been a little rough lately. But after reading this kind of stuff over and over it has gotten to me a bit. Thanks, Live E...Thats just the thing. Being uninvolved, if some people just took some time to look in and read just a tiny bit.
I have to say this, I bet alot of people feel the same way about some of the people that just come here and just post without having any clue of whats going on.

This entire section is dedicated to forums, and we are doing exactly what forums were made for. Unfortunatly there are topics that are repeated and re-repeated due to the fact that someone may hace just become a member, hasn't logged on in a while etc. Some may post without looking for the topic, and others may get irritated with this, but attacking them is not solving the problem, which is also irritating. Sarcastic posts get old too.

The best thing about Six Flags "Worlds of Adventure" is that Cedar Point is nearby!

I, for one, do not have time to sit here in front of my computer sifting through every post looking for information that "might" be posted somewhere else on the site. I suppose that if I had nothing better to do with my time, I would do so, so as not to irritate "The Beautiful People" of this site. But, I recall my first time here. It took quite awhile before I'd gotten all my questions answered. I, simply, checked back occasionally in hopes that another newbie would ask my questions for me, thus taking all the heat for asking alleged "dumb" or "cliched" questions.

My advice to new members: Wear your fire suit while at GTTP! Lots of short fuses in here!

Sooo... how about them pictures!

CP4ME

Dougster, and all newbies. Please note at the top of the page, just under the black line. There you will find the "Search" feature. I think because of it's small size, people don't realize it's available.

It works pretty well, and you can find a plethora of information without having to wait for someone to post the dumb or cliched questions.

so basically you think that because you sit here everyday or post everyday you are on the inside track, and have the right flame ppl that are new to the board? well i have been going to cedar point for almost 20 years now, and i know a great deal about the park and its history and even seen the park change from a place with a few great rides into a coaster capitol of the world, yet i don't feel like i have the right to yell at anyone in line at the park for saying things that are wrong about the park and publicly humiliate then for wrong infromation or asking questions. YES it is annoying getting threads posted over and over, YES it is annoying ppl wont look for themselves and YES it would be a great place if everyone knew how to use the search button, but it isn't a perfect world and as american it is our right to fel the need to be spoiled and have everything right there and not look. sorry to break this to you.

and BTW the new pics look great!

Just to add to what you just said, One001...

This is what we have to deal with here, because, for the most part, you are dealing with kids. Dennis is...what...15 years old? You, me, and many other people who post here have quite a bit of age on many of the users here, and, also, thankfully, quite a bit more tolerance.

Dennis...we are sorry that we can't sit in front of a computer all day long like you do. Most of us have to work for a living to support ourselves as well as our families. This (GTTP, as well as roller coasters in general) is a short escape for us when we can get to it. And...shouldn't you be paying attention to your instructor instead of being here on GTTP?

BTW...I started a thread called Fog last week...Dennis immediately chimed in saying it was the most pointless thread of the year. However, I posed a legitimate question, and felt it was appropriate to start a thread about it. Amazing how his post was either removed, or he removed it himself, but really didn't address the question. And, there were people who did address my question, as well as make their own comments about their desire to ride TTD and/or MF in fog like that. Thanks for those comments, everyone!

So, for all of you kids that are posting here, I feel right in saying to you...THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK. We welcome your comments, and want to speak with you. Just remember that NOT everyone here is your age. You have a broad spectrum regarding the ages of people who post here.

And yes...the new pics look great!!!
