New Housing?

I know they tore golds down and I've heard rumors upon rumors about new housing.....IS there any new housing now (or will it be ready this season?) Is it still only bayside, commons and the rarely mentioned cedars(I think thats the name)? While I doubt I'd stay in housing again (I've called bayside my home for a season..while fun...bed bugs were not) it may make it easier on commute and gas if I were to stay in housing at least some of the time.

There is a new dorm building in Commons. This is just replacing the Gold rooms so not much extra space. I expect in the coming years to see another building or two show up and all employee housing leaving on-point. I also expect them to increase the amount of rooms.
