3. Try not to p*ss too many people off
That about sums it up really, just work hard and play hard and you'll be fine.

Once daily operation begins, its not too bad, and after the first week, its pretty good. Then its all good after that for a couple months, and then burnout begins to set it.
If you're in rides, burnout can be helped by requesting time on other rides. I ended up working on about 15 rides last year.
