I don't see why it's so far-fetched to be speculating on a (possible) new 2014 attraction at this point in time.
We could talk about maybe getting a new dark ride, flat ride, or other attraction for 2014 (or even about the hotels), but I have a gut feeling that if someone stars a new 2014 thread, it will be taken down...
If I had a guess, I would say this is what CP has been teasing- https://www.cedarpoint.com/blog-article/online-fun/Collect-This

I hope you are kidding
Ungrateful punks are ungrateful.
People love collectables. I think they're kinda neat.
2003 - Wicked Twister
2004 - Wicked Twister/Top Thrill Dragster
OMG! It's not a totes cool 500-foot coaster!
The coin is a fantastic idea and Cedar Point fans will eat it up. There are a lot of fans in the Cedar Point collectibles world.
One of my prized possessions in my office is a coin from the opening of Top Thrill Dragster, generously given to me by Dan Keller, complete with a cool little box.
You're on a Cedar Point enthusiast site.
Me like to collect Cedar Point things.
The stranger, the better. :)
Promoter of fog.
I really like the idea of the coin. It is pretty cool on how few coins will be produced. I am sure some enthusiasts will pay top dollar for the uniqueness factor.

This is what we should be "excited" about? A freaking coin? What a joke!
The 9 people that got them yesterday would disagree with you. As would the 491 others that will receive them.
When the first stripe of paint appears on the midway for 2014, I won't post a photo of it - I don't want to disappoint.
Wait. I just realized I teased 2014. Whoops!
Director of Communications at Cedar Point
Well, 2014 comments are ALWAYS welcome in MY book, hahaha! Though, I like the coin idea too. I imagine the 2013 coins will be the most valuable because they're the first.
^^
Tony, if I offended you in any way I apologize. My comment was immature and unfair to say the least. I appreciate all that you do for Cedar Point.
May The Millennium Force Be With You!
I hope there are some coins left by the time I get back to Ohio in about three weeks.

Be sure to drink your ovaltine... a crummy commercial
I like the reference - great movie.
Maybe the adults dig the coins but I know what my kid would say "coin schmoin".
If I am lucky enough to get one of these coins, I will proudly display it on my fireplace mantle! Right next to my collection of souvenir drink cups from Cedar Point (I have every year since 1978!). When friends come over, it's way better than boring them with my vacation slides.
Forget about saving for my retirement with an IRA account, I am going to really "cash in" when these treasures are more valuable than my POGS, Pokémon cards, Tamagotchi pets, and Beanie Baby stuffed animals!
These coins are great and I hope I can get one of these. I actually installed the Twitter app on my phone, now I just have to remember to run it when I'm in the park.
I have a coin from 1970 when CP had their centennial, that is one of my favorite CP collectables.
I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.
