Just wondering what do they mean by this paragraph?
More myspace layouts?

Apparently they are getting some of the webcams that work at night.
http://www.stardot-tech.com/netcamxl/index.html and it looks as if they are also the streaming video models. Hopefully that will be a surprise they have in store.
We will have to wait and see. (I hate waiting... oh well)

I remember the camera pointed at Maxair. There were mornings when condensation had built up and you couldn't see anything most of the day.

Did anyone else look at the image samples on the stardot-tech website?
Those things take amazing photos/videos for a webcam. I would assume that those are from their highest resolution cams though, and we don't know which ones CP is putting in.
Either way, I'm pretty excited about this.

Knowing how Cedar Point usually jumps at new technology, this is probably the one they are are putting in: New CP Webcam.

Don't get too excited about these new webcams, I hear one is pointed at the sinking Magnum footers, another is pointed at a deep fryer in one of the food stands on the midway, and the third doubles as a security camera in the Snoopy Boutique!
They were going to get one more and point it at the Funcoast webcam so it would look like you were looking in a mirror - but the budget it tight this year!
Typical T&T blog. We ordered them, you should get excited about it, and it will take until August or so to get them working. Hype, hype, hype... where is the PointCast they promised back around opening day? Isn't it about time they start putting teasers out there for 2008/9?
I'm actually impressed on what cameras they bought. If they bought the 3.1 MP, and 3 of them, that's a good chunk of money on those webcams. We have one of the older models of the stardot cams and their pretty nice. Use it to see snow levels up north.
Spiders and flys are becoming an issue too with the cams. Look at the Maverick Pond Cam. It lookes like there's a giant fly hovering the midway. Tells us they don't clean the cams off often.

They already said they are waiting on the cameras from Star Dot Technologies.
"We are awaiting the arrival of three brand-new, shiny awesome webcams from our friends at StarDot Technologies."
I have the link a few posts above.

So you start off by trying to come across as one of the older regulars here, then you complain about T and T, and finish off with talking about hyping up next year when we're only in the second week of June?
Does anyone here actually appreciate Cedar Point's marketing efforts? Or is it just me?
