need help with a special project...

my biz partner and i are looking to start collecting wild yeasts from around the country to make "local" sourdough bread.

we want to do a CP yeast, caught off the penninsula there. it's easy and interesting, BUT it must be done in summer and it takes 3 to 4 days.

if we were to pay S&H both ways with all the supplies you would need, and a promise of FREE BREAD, would anyone who works and lives at CP be willing to do this??

i know, i know, it sounds really silly, but take it from the GTTP Chef....its really not.
