Name it

ShawnCP said:
I would name it The Piston, cause its a pretty cool name. Also why would "everyone call it the Maverick" like said in the first post? Just because of the signs on the construction site?

Hmmm, the Piston? Is that only because the Pistons might be playing the Mavericks in the NBA finals ;).

2005/2006: Cedar Point - Millennium Force
2007/2008/2009: Walt Disney World - Magic Kingdom - Tomorrowland Speedway
2008: Hard Rock Park - Maximum RPM! Opening Supervisor
2008/2009: Universal Orlando - Men in Black: Alien Attack Team Leader, Guest Services Coordinator

That was part of it, And I am from the Metro-Detroit area lol, but still it would sound pretty good I think.

Vanquish.

If I was gonna go for the car name, it would not be an Aston Martin. I would go for Veyron as in Bugatti, as in fastest production car.. yeah.. $1.7 million dollars.. man that thing is sweet.

Actually, someone mentioned Lake Erie Rush in another thread a while back. I like that one.

How about Maverick? They applied for the trademark, and they're not using it for anything else.

To the OP, if you're going to come up with some insensate name such as yours, at least spell all the words correctly.

I guess it doesn't really matter either way....it's plain dumb.

Yeah. Maverick sounds about right. Especially since they trademarked the name.

Can you see One-Eyed-Willie from the top of Magnum?

Red Number 4

Although, I think the "Americana" themed midway is where this whole thing might be headed, so I would expect to see some white and blue track added to the staging area at some point. Either that or some combination of red, white, and blue between support and tracks.

Just a guess.

Why guess the name now? There is no track on the footers.
