have u read the grooming guidelines on nails. pretty sure u cant have fake ones or any weird colors just so u know
it dident say anything about not bein aloud to have any fake ones. it says they cant be any longer then 1/4 inch and they have to look maturat. so a french manicure is natural
you can wear fake nails, i wore them last year, french tip, something basic, but they do have a problem with nail polish all different colors, it depends on your department though.

In games you should be fine. Anyone in foods is not allowed to paint their nails. It's physical containment, per Ohio food code. You will get a wardrobe violation for that. Just incase any foods people were wondering.
