Would you guys stop stumpin for Intamin.
Who's stumpin (whatever that means)? Not me. I was referring to the incident...not the ride/manufacturer.

It was once again sarcastic. If the numerous !!!!! and 1111 in that post didn't tell you that, then I'm sorry.
And comedy or not Zach, considering what had actually happened, that joke was a little low. No need to take what I say seriously. I realize you were joking (as I'm sure everyone else has).

Boardwalk Bullet is compact. Super compact. Only takes up one acre! Besides BB though they are all long layouts.
I know if somebody asked GG to do a compact coaster they could, but with Cedar Fair installing Prowler (a GCI) I can't see them randomly going GG.
*****(This is all opinion)
They have only made 5 roller coasters. They probaly can and will make more compact coasters.
Pepsi Refresh is saving one coaster at a time: http://pep.si/bTTsfc

Ok let me say this a different way. I know Ravine Flyer II isn't a straight out and back like Blue Streak, but it goes out pretty far and goes over a 4 lane highway. http://www.waldameer.com/RavineFlyer2.html It is a pretty long layout. I sure wouldnt call it compact.
Ravine Flyer would fit in the area if SRF was removed. It doesn't span that far. It goes over the road, turns, and heads back.
Regardless, companies design for the terrain and area. They don't just say "Here is a ride, find a place to fit it and we will sell it to you."
But honestly, I really think it will be a topple tower or water ride because in a Discovery Channel program earlier this summer. there was a interview with the CF design group discussing Maverick - in the background were drawings of a topple tower in the CF office. The justification for a water ride is simply due to the location - an island with a waterway.
Boy I needed a laugh. This is the worst guess I have heard so far! Not only are topple towers not that fun, the entire CP community would be completely infuriated with an announcement of a topple tower. Worst flat ride ever!
Really now? Clues are point away from a GCI for 2010 based on the posts that T&T made. And two large coasters within two consecutive years...keep dreaming.
^ That's some amazing physic powers there dj for predicting 2000 years in the future. ;)
R.I.P. Mr. Scott
I'm not predicting stuff, CP fanatic. Obviously, we're just listing completely random numbers next to amusement ride manufacturers. You can tell because none of it makes any sense.
Thanks for the reminder, John! :)

2002 saw Wicked Twister, with Top Thrill Dragster following it...
Not saying it will happen again any time soon, especially with the current economy... but just saying... :)
And WT only cost $9 million, which puts it in the "thrill ride" realm, as opposed to coasters, which often cost significantly more.

cedar point:"Harnesses? Check. Wheels? Check"
If this is a legit hint, does this mean we will be seeing a coaster? I've given up on guessing, but it's fun to speculate.
First rollback=opening weekend '09
Maybe they are talking about the story in the Sandusky Register?
But hey lets keep up the guessing and speculation!!! I think they are talking about a GCI with harnesses and wheels!!! :-)
Visual Scan!
First Top Thrill Dragster train of 2011!
Rollbacks: 1st Triple Rollback of 2009!
I thought it was another clue. Harnesses? Check. Wheels? Check? It sounds like a coaster! I hope it is a B&M. Just a happy thought!
