That's hardly beloved. The ride I'm talking about is not at CP.

Hint-Its in Virginia, not a CF park and is considered the very best of its kind by a lot of people.

Its also Red, and plunges down to the Rhine River.

Its also going to be a big bad decision by that particular park.

That ride is in my top 10. What are they thinking? Too much beer?

Promoter of fog.

How about insanely expensive and difficult to maintain?

They're taking out Loch Ness Monster? ;)

I think the phrase 'beloved Arrow' is almost an oxymoron.

^They had their moments. I like Nessie and I'll miss BBW. My first adult coaster was Double Loop at Geauga, so it will always have a special place for me. A few of the Mine Trains are a real blast too.

When are they taking that out? I'm going to BGE in late July or August.

Let's Get Weird.

What I have heard is it is going to be the Big Bad Wolf being removed at BG.

Kind of odd that they are celebrating the 25th anniverary of bbw this year.

They even have a big sign on the ride saying so.

I really hope they decide to keep the ride, it is still one of my favorate coasters. The rumor that I had heard was that they are making way for a new country(spain), and that bbw is in the way.

what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

I heard it to. The ride looks like it doesn't do well with the maintance. The ride is really interesting looking. Good ride. it takes it really long to park itself into the station. I would like to see a woody go in that space if it has to leave. I would rather see Alpengeist go. (i know it won't happen buti hate that ride)

Looks like they had a possible mix-up at KD. They are reloading the coaster supports into trucks, and the trucks were seen heading towards I-95.

Let the speculation begin...was it a simple mix-up, and these pieces are going to Carowinds? Are the parts coming to CP?

Please note Dick himself was at KD today, and many other important CF staff were seen at the park.

Does KD really need a new coaster? Didn't they just get one last year? I think Knotts, GA, or heck even CP needs something new.

Coasters for next year at Cedar Fair
CGA- i do not think they will get a new coaster next year because it already looks like Cedar Fair doesn't want to put any money into it
Knotts- i hope they do and they probaly will.

KD- probaly but they do not need one

MA- they need one but probaly a no

Did anyone see what I put above? LOL

KD had a coaster on site and it is GONE. Isn't that a little odd to anyone?

Odd...yes. It appears CF is going with a disappearing theme this year...lets hope that this is one theme that they don't try to keep up ;)

It really could have disappeared for any number or reasons though. It s quite possible that the manufacture or the designer noticed a flaw in their work and it needed to be corrected ASAP. Therefore requiring the pieces to be sent back.

Maybe Cedar Fair is actuly trying a disapear theme to confuse all of us where the coaster is going!;)

Based on what? They got one last year (bringing their total to 7). That's a lot of coasters for a water park with an amusement park on the side.

What MA needs is to complete the midway loop around the lake, though I'm not sure how they'd do that.
