My background check hasn't come back yet shuild I be woryed ?

Hey if anyone can help me I check in on the 28th of march and I haven't got my background check back and ik for 100% I didn't do anything bad but why hasn't it come back can someone please tell me what's going on

You shouldn't hear anything, they'd only contact you if something came up.

Plus, if you haven't done anything why are you worrying?

Do you know how long the Background Check process takes? Like, after it's been completed, but not processed by the hiring manager? and When do they mail out the job contract forms?

I really don't know exactly what you're asking. Just assume it's done and you're ready to process in, unless you hear otherwise. And you'll probably get a copy of your contract in April sometime, you really don't need it for anything though.

Don't forget due to the recent gun scare by our "politicians" that the amount of Background checks (for fire arm purchases) has increased exponentially.

Therefore takes much much much longer than it did once upon a time. Although I feel like over a week is too long.

Mine too about a day. Just like last year I have not noticed a change at all... But if it comes closer to the date you process in and you background check has not been received closer to your process in I would contact HR just to make sure nothing got messed up. But I would only do that say it does not come within a week before you process in.

Background checks shouldn't take more than a few minutes if searching electronically. Most court systems have online search functions, and there are a variety of 3rd party vendors that can search the various court systems.

Haha yeah, my background check went through in i think 2 days? I remember it taking longer my first year but like, they dont really notify you. They send you a letter saying that info was requested about you and your jobnet will say the check is complete.

Mine took about 8 days, and this is my first year.

Mine took a month my first year

Mine took a little over 2 weeks in February... I've never actually checked to see if it finished. I just made sure to release my info and thats it.

It will take longer if you live further away from the park. Mine took nine business days.
