My first trip to cedar point started off with me sprinting towards millennium force at 9 in the morning. (they start the ride before all the others)Since I have never been to Cedar Point before I went to the front gate, and performed the running of the bulls towards the huge coaster. I looked at Raptor and Corkscrew as I ran by.. (Corkscrew simply looks amazing over the midway) I hopped on Millenium Force within 10 minutes, and sat next to some little kid. I could tell that the kid was a little freaked out, so I made the situation worse than what it was. I told him that if I put up my hands during the drop, he would have to as well! I actually convinced him to do it.. He was SOOOO scared..
Anyway.. after 2 laps on millenium force right off the bat, (2 rides before 10:00) I wandered around, eventually finding my way to cedar creek mine ride.. I didnt like it too much... but it was ok. after Cedar Creek mine ride, I went on magnum, then gemini. I thought that Gemini was an awesome ride. (It was my first double coaster) Magnum was great too, but it seemed to lack in comparison to MF. (i enjoyed it more the second day, as Totally loved the airtime) after magnum, I hit Mean Streak. A really great ride even though there's too little airtime.
THEN CAME LUNCH!!!!!!!!!
After lunch I hit Corkscrew, (cool ride, but painfull second dip) Iron Dragon (Too slow, but a worthwile ride) Blue Streak (great airtime, I smashed my head on the head rest it was so great!!) Disaster Transport (pretty cool bobsled, but too short) ---All of these coasters after lunch were walk ons, or 15 mins tops.--- After disaster transport I hit Raptor, which is really fast, furious, and fun. I especially like the Zero G roll.. Too bad I had to wait an Hour and 15 minutes for the ride...
At the end of the day it was night.. and I finally hit mantis.. An awesome ride. The twisting track really pushes the G's on to you!!
The first day I missed Wild Cat but I hit it the second..
The next (second)day I did more of the same.. I did millenium force twice in the morning again, and actually used ticket to ride this time once.. Its not that bad, actually.
