My question is, for anyone who has moved from one dorm to another - how do you go about this? Do you need to go to the Housing Office in Cedars or do you go to the main desk in Gold? And can I move in to Gold before I move out of Commons? Well, what I mean is, since I don't have a car, I'll have to take a couple of trips on the shuttle to get my stuff over to Gold, and I don't want to have to be cleared out of Commons before I'm able to get into Gold.
Would I go to the Commons desk first to say I'm moving, or do I go to Gold first to tell them I want to move in? Ahhhhhh, if anyone could clear this up for me, that would be great.

This year I'm planning on living in Gold, since I don't want to have to worry about catching the shuttle anymore. (I never really had a problem with it, but since 'opening' for me will be 1 1/2 hours earlier than last year, I want to be as close as possible). But since I'm coming up before Gold opens, I'll have to stay in Commons for a couple of weeks first. (Assuming Gold doesn't open until mid-May again). My question is, for anyone who has moved from one dorm to another - how do you go about this?
