I think the Mantis is, I love the Mantis but the colors are out of place to me, if they changed the color than it would be ok, but I love Cedar Point so I don't think much of it. What do you think it the most out of place that at "Americas Favorite Rollercoast!"

In a way I have to say Sande Castle Suites only because it is in the back of the park away from everything.

Hmmm,
Most out of place thing, eh? I think that the whole front midway over by Disaster Transport, the now missing Kid Arthur's, etc. Especially over further to the right Why you ask? It just doesn't seem up to the standards that CP makes for the rest of the park. It just doesn't match the atmosphere I guess. Kind of mishmash.

The arcades where Pirate Ride used to be.
Disaster Transport. There is nothing else at CP that comes close to being as ugly as that building. (with the possible exception of the laser show screen)
i totally agree with bill. the quarterdeck arcade sucks!!! bring back the pirate ride!!!!!

I think the Oceania, The Space Spiral, and those food places in that area are very out of place..

Hometown parks: Kennywood, Cedar Point!
38 days until "The Force

Calypso- I miss the days when it was on the main midway in it's old location.

Hey- I feel like i have to stick up for the Oceana Midway, I like that part of the park because it reminds me of the good ol days. Even though Disaster Transport is hedious, i like walking over to from the food stands to the Ocean Motion just taking my time. It's a nice back part of the park.
On the other hand, the most surreal part of the park for me is over by the Power Tower. Now that the Super Himelaya is over there, too much of the tree cover has been lost. It just doesn't look right anymore. Besides, that's where Jungle Larry should be :)
I disagree with Space Spiral.. That is a landmark, and has been there since the 60s. I agree with DT and Summer Sucktacular.

Disaster Transport by far. That is one ugly building that spoils the view of the beach. If they do build the rumored Boardwalk project, they should consider removing the building and turning the ride back into Avalanche Run. That ride looked very nice along the beach and would fit in with any Boardwalk development.
The fact that the train only goes 1/4 around the park seems out of place to me. How many parks the size of CP have such poor transportation options?
The best, in my opinion, is Busch Gardens, Williamsburg. The skyride and train make getting around that park very easy.
To me there is nothing out of place at Cedar Point. Everything is perfect just the way it is.

Mantis How Much Can You Stand?
I think that it is the sky ride. It only goes for a short distance and does not offer a good view of anything except Raptor. If it extended to the rear of the park it would be much better.

Certain rides may NOT be for you...
I will also say that arcade where the Pirate ride was. It's wasting good space. Something needs to be changed in that area. Bringing back an indoor ride would be nice.
Raptor, not that I don't like Raptor but it really changed the look of the front of the park. Not to mention the removal of you know what, the merry go round building and lots of other stuff that I had gotten used to seeing since I was a little kid.

But it did make the front of the park more lively.
Well, although I'm very excited about MF, I think that it seems sort of out of place. Don't get me wrong, I love the location on the beach and I think that it will look great. It is just that I never expected the world's largest coaster to go right next to Frontier Trail. Again, please don't get angry at me, it is not a complaint. It is just an observation.
Yes, it did make the front more lively. The park was beginning to look "end heavy".
I personally think Camp Snoopy is kind of out of place and out of mind..Should be more visible to the little kids......IMHO though
