More Celebrities at CP

Hello all. Music star (supposedly, I've never heard of him) James Michael was in the park today. He left a nice autograph and 2 CD's for us at Guest Services.
The other buzz around Public Relations is that Britney Spears will be coming tomorrow. She is putting on a concert in either Cleveland or Toledo. Be on the lookout tomorrow!
The President of Knott's Berry Farm (I can't remember her name) is also visiting and staying at the Breakers.
It is also being speculated that country singer Faith Hill will be making a visit in September.

Also, on the Stone Cold Steve Austin visit....
he actually stayed at the Breakers Express! It caused a veritable riot from the children in the hotel. Many were too excited to sleep and stayed up all night in the halls of the hotel to see if maybe he would come out of his room. Front desk got many complaints!!!

Oh and about the silver track I thought I saw from the top of Mean Streak...it really is a bunch of pipes (being used for the new Camper Village water hook-ups). And the "round cars"--the old cars from the Frontier Lift!

Oh good, I will be there tomorrow. I hope she doesn't get in front of me on the rides (escorted on). I hope she knows you can't wear platforms on Raptor and Mantis.

Just had a thought. I wonder what would happen if one of the celebs got, well, sick on one of the rides. Hope all of them don't get tempted by that nearby Hot Dog stand before riding Choas!

There is nothing wrong with eye candy. Brittany Spears is definitely eye candy.

Eye candy for WHOM?? Aint no candy for me! The way so many people at CP know me I almost begin to feel like a celebrity myself sometimes. Proving either I spend FAR too much time at CP
or I have no life..or both!
Actually I have my own personal CP celebrity-
no one else would get excited about seeing him but me...
and I am sure he knows who he is!
(but if Harrison Ford ever decides to show up someone better let me know!!!)

Jeff, just so you don't feel like a child molestor, Faith Hill is also staying at the same hotel. So if anyone sees you 'scanning" the crowd you can say you are looking for Faith.

I just hope the Britney gets in the MF line while the anti-Britney DJ is working :) Now that would be fun.

I heard that Terry Labonte ( Nascar's #5..for you non race fans ) was at Cp a couple weeks ago. I heard he was riding coasters to help restore his tolerance to G's, after being involved in a bad crash. Must have worked because he resumed racing at Bristol last Saturday Night.

ToofastGM3, Terry Labonte was at PKD and not CP. That was his reason for coasting, though, and it did work for him.

As pretty as she is Brittany Spears is no celebrity. She does not write her own music! She's no musician to me! She doesn't even play any intrusments. She is using music for money just like all the teen idols in music.

Yeah, so your saying that you can sing like brittany, but the only reaon b/c your not making millions is b/c you don't have a good body. Correct me if I'm wrong (which I'm not), but she must have alittle more than just a nice body b/c I know a ton of girls w/ great looks, but they're not millionares.
