Working the night shift sucks, I did it for years. No matter how much you sleep during the day your body just does not rest like it does when sleeping at night.
You are absolutely right. It wouldn't be so bad on me if I didn't swing between afternoons and midnights.
It would be way worse, though, if I didn't love my job like I do.
