Missed the Call?

My friend just called me all upset saying that Cedar Point called her but her mom did not answer the phone and did not tell her that they called. Apparently they called on Tuesday and now she can't call back until Monday. But she doesn't even know who to ask for or anything. Would she ask for the hiring manager of the position that she applied for? She applied to be a reservations clerk at Hotel Breakers. She has the email of the manager so should she email her and tell her what had happened?

E-mail them and tell them what is up.

I agree with Erin. She knows her stuff. What would we do without her? lol!!
