Millennium Force Op Dies After Crash????

Hello, I was just reading the topic in the Millennium Force section. And I was wondering if anybody knew anything else about the ride op that died Wednesday? They said his name was "Scott"; I hope it wasn't the Scott I talked to in July. Because he was really cute and I told him my friends and I would be back in August to see him. I hope other employee's can tell me more about this tragedy??

Thanks,

Maegan

This entry kind of sickens me. You hope it wasn't the random guy who you talked to cause you thought he was cute. Your a random guest, its not like he would even remember you. I would give my summers bonus to say that you were a nusence, closely compared to guests who crouch down and try to be smaller than the candy cane. Not to mention that you didn't even show any ounce of human kindness. Ohhh he was a hot boy that I saw I hope it wasn't him!! Have some decency. Think of his family and everyone who knew him. Good Greif....(hehe peanuts reference)
I don't think anyone could have put that any better.

I think what this girl was trying to get at in her post, is that she really liked an op named "Scott," and it deeply disturbed her that it could have been the one she had toled she would be back again to see. However; not to be unsympathetic towards the young man who passed on...with whom we give our regards and prayers for the family to be strong in this time of need!

And I'll not post a "Peanuts" reference in this serious topic.

She met him what once, and was concerned that it wasn't this "cute guy"? There are people grieving his loss that actually knew him like his family, friends, and co workers. That post is an insult and disrespectful to him and to those who lost him. It's one thing to be sad for his death, and for his family and friends. Unfortunately she didn't have the concern or compassion to mention any of that. It very tragic, he was so young, and I am sure its devistating for those who were close to him. Those people are in my thoughts, not some girl who met him but once.

How can anyone make a post in a serious thread that starts "This entry kind of sickens me," but ends "Good Greif....(hehe peanuts reference)"

I guess it wasn't too serious where he couldn't stop himself from throwing in a pun.

You can't always be all business. Gimmie a damn break. I posted the serious stuff then I tried to lighten up the mood, cause I felt that I did abit of *****ing. Im not a mean person, and I try not to come across as one. I thouhgt that would make someone smile, if it didn't make you smile. Then thats your problem.
I think the whole problem is that, despite popular belief, Cedar Point workers are people. They arn't drones. Even though we work massive ammounts of hours, we like to be considered at least on this side of the human race.
