Haha.... no. I'm talking about taking a tape measure and putting it around your waist on a computer chair or something like that.
Diet and exercise.

Anything you have read before is probably not accurate anymore as they changed all the seat belts (again). Someone needs to go and take new measurements.

(I did it last summer...)
Or you wouldn't have to worry about not fitting if you got (wait for it...wait for it...) diet and exercise.

I know that it's now .5" of slack, but when did they change the belts again?
October 13 - Finally!
Top Thrill Dragster - 15
Millennium Force - 15
They didn't. He was talking about changing them from 1 inch to 1/2 an inch. And if he wasn't, then he doesn't know what he's talking about.
What I know is that sometime between when I measured the test seat and the beginning of this season, something happened which resulted in belts of all different lengths on the ride (note that several people were able to ride in the morning but not in the afternoon, or vice-versa). That has been fixed, and as of a few weeks ago, all the belts were the same length again. With no word from the park on whether the length has changed or not, the only safe way to test is to measure them again! :)
No, I still don't have any inside info. :)

I haven't heard anything about new seatbelt lengths, but well, I've only been working on the ride for a little over a week.

heres my seat belt test:
if your a man, and over 220, start losing some weight to ride.
if your a women, and over 190, start losing weight to ride.
please note though that if your body is built differently, and it is all muscle, then you do not need to start losing weight, but if you are weak, and weigh that much, start using slimfast.
I'm 6'3 and weigh 255. I'm by no means huge, but I'm also far from all muscle (although I wish I had the motivation to head in that direction). I fit fine on both MF and Dragster. It takes a little pulling, but I can get on them. So your test is invalid.
Especially since someone who is 6'6 or 6'7 can EASILY weigh in the 250 range and according to your test needs to start using slimfast.
And I want to ride front row on froce too!!!

Jugga, what is your waist size? I also weigh 225, ans I am about 6"2' with a 37' waist, and I couldnt even buckle the belt. Damn... it really seems like I am the only one in the 225 category that can't fit!
Oh, and by the way, ragan, I am slightly offened by your post. I am by no means muscle, but by looking at me, you really can't tell I am slighty overweight since my weight is distributed throughout my body. And that slimfast comment is uncalled for. It sounds like you fit perfectly into MF, and that you may not know how hard it is for some people to lose weight.
Here's my seatbelt test:
I get on here and check to see if CP has made any modifications(like xcelerator) to MF or TTD. If not, I book a trip to Geauga, PKI, or take a ride to Kennywood. There are a lot of other reasons I've said to hell with CP this year, not just the belts.
Yes, I know, CP has 14 other coasters. But, I used to be able to ride at 6'2" 270, I should still be able to. I'm tired of having to drop weight to go to CP and ride my two favorite rides. If I'm gonna lose weight, I'm gonna do it for myself, not CP.
