Hmmm, I'll take a guess. I think it's about once every five seconds, which is 12 times a minute.

Maybe 50-60, I can't remember how fast it really did blink, I think it might have been every second or a little longer. Not sure though.

I'm trying to remember, but I think it was like once every 2-3 seconds, so I'd guess 30 or 20. I'm probably wrong though.

I'll give you a hint... if you're really adventurous, find out what the FAA requires in their regulations.

I just read found out a hell of a lot more about the FAA and whatnot than I ever cared to read about...

And I didn't come up with the answer.

The FAA requires 20-40, if the light is red, as I presume it is.

Now, if it ever breaks, the flashes per second will go down to 0, but the duration will go to infinity. =)

The aircraft beacon on Millennium Force is WHITE.

Which works out, because white requires 40-60. =)

Why dont they use red? It would match the red train.

I would guess that a strobe requires less power and doesn't need to be replaced as often.
