Hi dave.... Yeh in 04 it seemed i was going up to safety 1s every other day. I never got a better workout in my entire life. But then again i liked going up there.

Yeah and the Coolest Meanstreaker of 2004 still works at CP :) I say all the 2004 Mean Streakers should comeback to Mean Streak in 2006 well except one person haha. 2004's should know :)

<Mean Streaka for Life. Sorry I just really miss working that ride. Sure it was tempermental but it was fun and besids there's nothing like a brisk jog up to Safety #1 to clear yer lungs.

Ahh, the comfortable jog to safetey #1, it was a great way to start your day. It actually got to the point in august that I just called controls from entrance and told timmy i was on my way up there. I just enjoyed the view. I'll miss that, but I wont miss the long walk to the ride, that was no fun.

I worked Mean Streak Halloweekends in 2002 after Thunder Canyon shut down for the year.

That jog was not my friend, though I do have cool pictures from up there.

Yeah me too as well as some sweet pics. from the top of the lift hill. I was lucky enough to be able to do a lift walk twice on that bad boy.

well mean streakers...steve re hired me today, i put alot of thought into comming back, after the way I left last year I felt bad and I wish I was able to give a notice but im not getting into it here. It was way too much fun i hope some of you guys (and gals) from 05 are there in 06. I got some big goals for 06 (not CP related) and im hoping that by moving to ohio and planning ahead I will be able to accomplish these goals.

I'm really glad you're coming back, John. Did Steve tell you which ride you'll be on?

hey chris, congrats on the TC TL. He told me to mark it down on the contract when i get it. I mentioned Mean Streak but he was like "well just put down the ride you want on the contract when you get it"

Ooo, John, definitely be on the Mean Streak crew with me! It'll be nice to have a familiar face on board this season!

Eeee, Mine Ride...well, y'know, they didn't even offer it to me...must've been those operationals...it's so sad, I've been trying not to think about it...I'll just have to pick up the pieces and try to move on....

4 hours at mine ride entrance=something i do not wish to do again haha.

I'll definately try to come if I can fit it in. Hopefully I'll find a nice job this summer and won't have to worry about the dough it takes to stay in Sandusky for a day or two.

Mine Ride ha you have to love it. Especially in 2004 when it was 3 trains everyday. Sadly that's where my only operational ever occurred right BEFORE the new straddler rule. Well John I wouldnt mind you being on my crew you have a big decision picking your ride must be tough. Good Luck

Way to go Janice. Yeah, I think that was only reserved for other certain ATL's. Must be nice to know where your placement is. I'm STILL waiting to find out if I'm a sup or not. Has anyone heard anything about the shirts?????...I WOULD like to have my hoodie before the end of winter.

Pickin a ride wont be too hard, i think finding the right apartment to move into will be the hardest and figuring out my finances.
