May 30th and 31st
Tuesday, May 30
After a 3 hour drive we finally got to Sandcastle Suites at around 3:30 and it smell strongly of dead fish, but I didn’t care because I was at Cedar Point! We got our room and headed over to Challenge Park. We raced the sprint karts twice and then walked down the beach to the Wicked Twister entrance. We figured out what the smell was coming from because there were dead fish piled up along the beach.
The workers at the entrance let us in a half an hour early and we headed over to wicked twister and got walk on back seat. After we got off we headed to Raptor and it closed down due to weather right after we got in line. It was starting to rain so we headed over to coasters and got milkshakes. There was a big storm that came through but luckily it only lasted about 30 minutes. We got back on raptor and it was the first train after the rain.
After raptor we got on Sky Ride and got two walk-ons on magnum. We got in line for TTD and it was only 15 minutes. After that we got on both sides of power tower and Mantis then got back in line for TTD. We headed back to the hotel and went right to bed
Wednesday, May 31
We got to the Magnum entrance at around 9 and got first train on TTD of the day. We got on Magnum and Corkscrew. We got on both sides of power tower and headed to the back of the park. We got on Gemini and CCMR then got on Sky hawk. I like it a lot better than Maxair. It was really hot so we went to Disaster Transport. It was one of the longest waits of the day 45 MINUTES! It was after 12 do we headed over to Thunder Canyon and Snake River Falls. We were soaked so we headed back to the hotel to dry off.
We ended up falling asleep until 5 so we went to east of Chicago for some pizza then headed back to the hotel. When we got back to the park you probably saw us if you were there because we hade on a pizza suit. We got on magnum then it started to rain. We headed over to coasters and got more milkshakes and by the time we were done it stopped raining. My friend wanted a tattoo and when we were getting it we ran into some friends form back home. It looked really bad outside but it passed over and the park was dead. We got a walk-on on wicked twister, disaster transport, and raptor. We headed over to TTD and they wouldn't let us on with the pizza suit so we got a locker. We got off of TTD right at closing so we went to challenge park and did a round on the Sprint Karts again. We headed back to the hotel and went to bed.
