May 21 - Maverick Ride Night

For all you Platinum Pass holders, Wednesday, May 21 is Maverick Ride Night. I have taken the day off work, and will be in the park all day. This will be a solo trip for me, so I was wondering who else was planning on being there that day?

I plan on going that day.

I plan on being there, living in Sandusky and working days (off by 5 usally) means that I get to enjoy all the perks of a Platinum pass, pretty much all summer long :)

You know I'll be there Josh. Took the day off as well. And that weekend is my Hershey Park (Fahrenheit) and Doreny Park trip with Mark and Paul. Should be a very fun week/weekend.

^Ahhh I'm so jealous. I haven't been to either of those parks and I reallly want to go. More importantly I really wish I could go to Maverick ride night! Living in Chicago really is a bummer haha.

I'm not sure if I'll be there or not. I can't take the day off, so I'd have to come up after work. With the park only open til 7, I'd basically just be there for ERT. I'm probably going to have to skip this one . I'll be at the Dragster ERT for sure though!

Dvo...Chicago has some fun clubs though :)

Vision, Spybar, Smartbar, Crobar, and Enclave all pull in big DJ's and you feel like a superstar.

May 24th we're going to Chicago already, and with work I don't know if I will be able to make it, but to be honest I really think I will be able to convince my girlfriend to go.

I too am quite jealous of your trip to Dorney/Hersheypark! My birthday is that weekend...how about a gifted trip.... any takers? ;)

I may be there. Looking at taking a half day from work and getting down there about 3 or 4 pm. I would be by myself as well so looking for a group to ride with.

It has been awhile David! Sounds like we should have a good group on the 21st! I know Rob is coming too... hopefully Maverick won't try to take more of his personal items...

Just in case anyone's asking...I will be bringing my usual round of personal items with me (both for opening and Maverick ride night) to get lost and found again. In addition, I was thinking of offering up a sacrifice of intelli-keys that I found laying around my Nissan dealership to appease the maverick hose spirit that lurks in that tunnel under the station.
