May 14th

For my first time being back at the park in 2 years it was just as I had dreamed it would be.

We went to the Disastor Transport, but it was down due to the previous rain fall. They said it would be open soon.

We headed towards the Gemini. It was an awesome ride. A lot of air time.

We then took a ride on Maggie. She was very wonderful. The ride was PERFECT. I made us ride it again, because we couldn't walk away without another ride. This time I got the fronte seat. It was nice, but the wind in my face made me feel a bit sick.

The Disastor Transport was next, finally. It was a bit dissapointing. Personally I think that the black lights just make it confusing to walk through the lines.

The Raptor was the best. The line was not that short, but they moved quick. I really regret never going on this coaster before. You really do feel like you are flying.

Next was the Wicked Twister. Like the Raptor, the line moved pretty quick. For my first time on this ride, it was a pretty good ride. Very exciting. Got my adrenalin flowing.

We waited in the MF line for 2 hours. When we finally got to the trains, they shut it down. Someone had got stuck in their seat. I believe it was the third train down. We stayed there for a while. I have never rode the MF and reallllly wanted to. They didn't get it up and running and we had to go so we left.

We planned on going on TTD, but it was also closed down. That sucked, because I wanted to conquor that ride.

Overall it was a great day at Cedar Point, but what day isn't a great day when you are spending it at the best place on this earth? :)

O yeah, not ONE ride op said *enjoy the rest of your day at Cedar Point's roller coast*. I havn't been there in 2 years, but I had thought that they still said that after leaving a coaster. I guess not.

Sounds like you had fun. I can't wait till i go. It is odd though to hear that they no longer say, "enjoy the rest of your day at Cedar Point, America's rockin' roller coast!"

Yeah, that's what they used to say. It was wierd. I asked my boyfriend if he heard anyone say it and he said no. It was kind of dissapointing. :( Have fun when you go! Well...how could you not have fun...you're going to Cedar Point! lol I was very sad when it was over with. I cannot wait to get back myself.

interesting, I was at Cedar point today (15th) and the ride ops at Mean Streak said it. Personally, I was glad to hear it, I thought the entire staff had dropped the slogan; it's still my favorite.

Mean Streak is normally the place that I hear it compared to the rest of the park. I always hear it there, and usually at Magnum as well.

I was on the Magnum 3 times when we were there, and I didn't hear it once. I don't like the Mean Streak much. It's a little too rough for me, so I didn't ride it. I probably would have heard it if I rode it there.

good TR. I don't think I met someone who was happy when DT opened. The lights get better once you stay in them for a while.
