So yesterday (opening day... well, for Maverick) at around 7 pm, the entire queue was full, and the wait sign said 1 3/4 hr. While waiting in line, the ride broke down twice, causing about an hour's worth of downtime. However, even with the entire queue being full, and the ride breaking down for the amount of time it did, I was on and off in an hour and a half!
So by this logic, if the entire queue is full, and the ride does not break down, the wait will only be one hour.
Does this seem to be the general consensus or did anyone else have a different story? Either way, this ride EATS PEOPLE like none other!

2007/2008/2009: Walt Disney World - Magic Kingdom - Tomorrowland Speedway
2008: Hard Rock Park - Maximum RPM! Opening Supervisor
2008/2009: Universal Orlando - Men in Black: Alien Attack Team Leader, Guest Services Coordinator
I've heard that with the entire queue being full the projected wait time is two hours, but it sounds like in any event the line really moves fast.

No. Crowd control is very good.

When I rode last night, the queue was full and the wait time was a little over an hour, the line moved fast.

You could wait for front if you asked, otherwise you were assigned to a row. I suspect you could do the same for the back, but I didn't try it.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
There is no extra queue for waiting for the backseat, but they will let you do it. I entered the line today and it was exactly at the test seat. From that point on, including 15 minutes of downtime, the wait was 90 minutes. My best guess is that the full queue holds about 75 to 90 minutes worth of people.
I think the queue was somewhat small for the crowds they will get in the busy season. I personally thought it was smaller than MF, TTD, Mantis, and Raptor. I thought it was about equal size of WT queue. The WWL station needed some music or something, the line was not bad, but pretty boring.
The line moves fast. Very fast.
As far as music. There is some western themes playing through the speakers. It's hard to hear in the old WWL building. But it's there.
The line moves pretty slow outside. But once you get in the old WWL station you are constantly moving. The sign said it had a 2 hour wait but it was about an hour and 15 minutes after we got off.
This year:
Maverick: 5
MF: 4
TTD: 2
Skyhawk: 5
When the Maverick is Open; how Long our the Wait for the other Big Coasters & the Thrill Rides like the MF, TTD, RAPTOR, PTWR, & the SKYHWK are?
Well while I haven't been to the park yet to check it out, if the Maverick line is only 2 hours, that means its only taking 2 hours worth of people from every other ride in the park. So I would imagine its not that noticeable.

Don't know about that, 2 hours worth of people seems good to me. Every little bit helps. But you are probably right.
Mean Streaks line any longer since more people are back in that section of the park?

If you truly break it down, 68 other rides and attractions at Cedar Point, so, in essence, you are theoretically taking away about a minute to two minutes of wait from every other ride on average. Basically, it wont be too noticeable.

Two hours would be great if it were all from one or two rides, but as said above, you have to consider many more. I'd imagine it won't cut off more than 5 minutes for any ride.
