I'm pretty certain they don't play any of the Ennio Morricone originals of which I own and am familiar with. I wouldn't trust Limewire. People mislabel files.
Go over to iTunes and listen to the samples of The Ghost Rider Orchestra 17 Greatest Western Themes and then Ennio Morricone and you'll hear the difference. The song I bet you're thinking of is the Ghost Rider Orchestra version of For a Few Dollars More, which is the one that sounds the closest to the original and uses whistling. Their The Good, the Bad and the Ugly version sounds more like a rock version that uses whistling. The Fistful of Dollars theme doesn't have whistling. It uses a trumpet that sounds similar to those Morricone songs that use whistling (it's actually the other way around, the later scores use the whistling to mimic a horn). It can be confusing since the music between the three films is similar overall, as are the titles, along with the other Sergio Leone & Ennio Morricone films A Fistful of Dynamite, Once Upon a Time in the West and their Henry Fonda spoof My Name is Nobody.
It wouldn't make sense for them to use a Morricone original when they have all of the knock-offs on the Ghost Rider Orchestra CD and most people won't be able to tell nor care. In fact one middle-aged gentleman in line mentioned when TGTBTU theme came on: "Too bad it's not the original." :)
Here is the list of songs played in the queue (missing one or two songs still):

Or, better yet, if you go to a college, try Ruckus. It's free and has millions of songs available for download. Plus, you can team it up with a program like Tunebite and then have your music in iTunes or WMP or your other music programs.
