Maverick Joe Cool ERT

The "Fill The Empty Seats!" guy really pumped up the crowd and made this night even better. I can't wait till the Joe Cool Homecoming we get 2 hrs. of riding.

The other ride op who was pounding on the front of the train doing the :clap clap: LETS GO was also getting the crowd pumped up. I loved how the "Empty Seats" guy was stopping each group as they came up to the station and asking "Do you know what your mission is?". When Mark and I said we did, he said that "We were heroes", and another group of people were "The Villians"... he had way too much energy for that time of night... haha

That was a wild hour last night. Five night rides on Maverick . . . perhaps the most amazing coaster experience I've ever had. And it was cool getting to see everybody. I wonder what percentage of people on the platform were Pointbuzzers? :)

^^ That was fun. I came up right after that. Every time I came back to the station there seemed to be more energy. I'm not sure how long that guy had been working, but I don't think I could have had that much energy. Pretty impressive. I also enjoyed the "boos" for Michigan from all the Ohio people when Alyssa asked where we were from. I missed Tony's ride. I saw him come up to the station about half way through the hour. When did he ride?

I also wondered how many people belonged to PointBuzz. I felt like I knew some of them even though I never spoke to them....

When I got stuck in the tunnel earlier that day, he said he had gotten to work at 6:00 p.m. Five rides in hour for me.

That mist really adds to the tunnel. Before it was a bunch of lights that flashed at you. Big Whoop. Launching out of the tunnel with the mist really disorients you.

I got three rides in all last night. I would have had four too, if it wasn't for some point buzzer's kid... ;)

I kid... I kid. :) I had a blast and I can't wait for the Dragster ERT.

BUT I tell ya'll what, I'm going to make up for it on the Dragster ERT!! Anyone who's anyone should be there for some serious fun! I just hope Kristy is on speaker again....that was a truely unforgettable night.:)

Haha... when Alyssa was asking everyone to cheer for where they were from... I was the only one to cheer from Indiana...

Thats because I was the only one crazy enough to drive 3 hours after ERT was over AND get up for work at 7...

Yay for 3 and a half hours of sleep.

^I must have been near you because I heard you cheer for Indiana. I'm about 20 miles from the Indiana border, so I feel your pain. Driving home, getting home at 2:30 AM then getting up to work at 6:00 AM after a 14 hour day at the park. Not so fun, but definitely totally worth it. I think I'll make the trip again for Dragster ERT.
